She began her training in massage at Utopia Academy and then transferred to the Spa Therapy Program, at Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage, where she graduated with honours. Kelly has developed a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology and enjoys the more precise and technical work involved in her practice. Of all the modalities she has been trained in, Deep Flow has become her strong suit. Kelly is skilled at creating individual treatments for her clients - from powerful Deep Tissue massage to melodic, flowing Swedish techniques - she works intuitively to design a personalized session.

Kelly feels very blessed to work in an industry that allows her to provide others with a sense of wellness, relaxation and stress relief and believes that she benefits just as much in giving a treatment as her clients do in receiving. Katherine

Katherine McLeod
After years of suffering from migraines and treating them allopathically after onset, Katherine decided it was time to change her strategy. She began receiving massage regularly as a form of preventative care and personally experienced the profound changes that can happen. The debilitating migraines that used to recur monthly have been eliminated altogether. Katherine no longer lives her life in fear of an attack.

In her own practice, Katherine’s goal is to share her experience with her clients and assist them with making positive changes in their lives. Deep Tissue, Deep Flow and Aromatherapy are her favourite modalitiesto work with as she has seen the dramatic results that can occur through these treatments.

For fun Katherine loves to travel and has been to over 20 countries - she enjoys meeting and discovering new cultures. When not travelling she enjoy reading, yoga and live music.

Natalie

Natalie Woodhouse

Born and raised in the prairie grasses of Calgary, Natalie moved out West and immersed herself in yoga studies on the Sunshine Coast and Salt Spring Island. She was introduced to bodywork with a Lomi Lomi course which continues to deeply influence her expression of sacred touch. She went on to complete the Spa Therapy Program at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage which has further inspired Natalie’s life-long journey in the healing arts. Her intention is to help alleviate the stress of modern city living caused by traffic snarls, computer desks and heavy workloads.

Healing Touch is Natalie’s natural expression - utilizing a complementary variety of techniques, she is able to design a massage that is specific to the client’s request. Natalie focuses on creating a relaxing, meditative space to assist in bringing physical, mental and/or spiritual awareness to her clients, which helps to recalibrate the body's natural balance.
