Coast Mobile Massage What To Expect

Before your treatment

Once your booking has been confirmed, decide where your treatment will take place. A private space is best, preferably a cleared area of approximately 10 by 10 feet. You are welcome to set the tone with candles and soft music if desired. Have a hot shower or a bath if you are able - the heat will begin to loosen up sore muscles before your massage begins.

Upon arrival your therapist will present you with a Health History Form to fill out while she takes a few minutes to set up. The Health History Form can be downloaded here and filled out in advance to expedite this process.

When all is set your therapist will go through your Health History Form with you and verbally confirm the treatment plan. She will leave the room while you disrobe to the level of your comfort and get on to the table as instructed.

Cell phones and PDA devices should be turned off or volume disabled for the duration of your treatment.

During your treatment

Be sure to let your therapists know if you feel any discomfort for any reason during the massage. Otherwise, take a few deep breaths and let go…

After your treatment

Your therapist will let you know when the treatment has ended and will give you a few minutes to rest before you get off the table. It is wise to drink plenty of water to assist in eliminating the toxins mobilized during the massage. Your therapist will take a few minutes to pack up and take payment before leaving.

Gratuity

Much like in a restaurant, an appropriate gratuity is generally between 10 – 20% depending on your level of satisfaction.
